At Floral Design Supplies, we strive to make your shopping experience as positive as possible. However, we understand that situations may arise where things don’t go according to plan. We are ready to listen to you and work together to find a suitable solution.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, we offer the option to use mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. You can register your dispute for mediation by visiting the following link: https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Stichting WebwinkelKeur will then try to mediate as a neutral party between you and Floral Design Supplies to reach a satisfactory solution.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not been addressed elsewhere, you can choose to submit your complaint through this platform to the European Union.
