After weeks of preparation, the time has finally arrived: the move to our new Floral Design Supplies warehouse has officially started!
Over the past few weeks, we held a major clearance sale, and thanks to your enthusiasm, we received an incredible number of orders. We would like to sincerely thank everyone for their support. 💛
At the moment, we are busy sorting, relocating, and reorganizing our inventory in the new warehouse. As a result, some orders may take a little longer to process and ship than you are used to.
Because products are currently being moved, checked, and placed into their new locations, order picking and processing may temporarily take more time than usual. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this exciting but busy period.
The good news is that our new warehouse shelving will be installed next week, allowing us to organize our inventory more efficiently and get everything fully operational again.
We are also expecting two major deliveries that we are very excited about:
🌿 A huge shipment from Smithers-Oasis, including many popular products and restocks of key inventory items.
🔧 A new delivery from H&R The Wire Man, featuring a wide range of florist wires, construction materials, and floral design supplies.
As a result, many products that are currently low in stock will soon be available again.
Moving into our own warehouse is a major milestone for us. This expansion gives us more storage space, allows us to broaden our product range, and prepares us for future growth.
Over the coming weeks, we will continue to share updates and behind-the-scenes photos of our new warehouse as everything comes together.
