Floral Design Supplies cares a lot about your privacy. We thereforeonly process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and handle with carethe information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for

Web store software

WooCommerce

Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for our
service will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your
data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other
purpose. WooCommerce is required by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate
security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and
a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information
regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.
WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own corporate group to further improve the
service.

WooCommerce hosting

Our online store is developed with WooCommerce software, we have chosen
MijnDomein for our web hosting. Personal information you provide to us for our services,
will be shared with this party. MijnDomein has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support,
they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them
MijnDomein is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measuresconsist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups
are made to prevent loss of data.

Web hosting

Displaynone

We purchase web hosting and email services from Displaynone. Displaynone processes personal information on behalf of
us and does not use your information for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about
use of the services. This is not personal data. Displaynone has adopted appropriate technical and
organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal information
. Displaynone has an obligation of confidentiality under the agreement.

E-mail and mailing lists

MailChimp

We send our email newsletters using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own
purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the
‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp
. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight
into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data at

Office365

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken
appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our
data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie

For handling (part of) the payments in our web store we use the platform of
Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or
credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your
personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve theservice and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties.All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also applyto those parts of Mollie’s service for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your
data longer than permitted under the statutory time limits.

Klarna

To handle (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of
Klarna. Klarna processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information such as your bank account or
credit card number. Klarna has appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your
personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve theservice and in that context to share (anonymized) data with third parties.Klarna shares in the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility) personal data andinformation regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur then
you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link
the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website.
In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In
the case that we invite you to leave a review we share your name and email address with
WebwinkelKeur. They use this information for the sole purpose of inviting you to leave a review.

Shipping and logistics

PostNL

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use
the services of PostNL to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name,
address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of
performing the agreement. Where PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL shall also make your data
available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting

SnelStart

To keep our records and accounts, we use the services of SnelStart. We
share your name, address and residence information and details regarding your order. This data is
used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data will be sent protected and stored
. SnelStart is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. SnelStart
will not use your personal data for other purposes than described above.

External sales channels

Bol.com

We sell (some of) our items through Bol.com’s platform. If you place an order
via this platform, Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your
order. We treat your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and
organizational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorized use.

Purpose of data processing

General purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. That is, the purpose of
processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for
(targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you – other than at your
request – at a later time, we will ask you explicit permission to do so. Your
data will not be shared with third parties other than to meet accounting and other administrative
obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by virtue of the agreement
between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our
